On the one hand, it can be understood as "minding my business" - regardless of who interferes with me and what they tell me to do, professionally or in any other sense. This is where the feminist aspect comes into play, as a comment on the fact that we are often told how should we work and how should we live. The second refers to literally chasing a job - looking for a job in times of Corona pandemic.
